About Appear
At Appear, we believe information technology works for the best when the information itself is made easily available. The amount of information being generated is growing at an ever-increasing rate and that only makes it more difficult for people to find what they need - accessing information becomes cluttered, confusing and costly. Our primary area of focus is enterprise mobility. Appear builds the software infrastructure designed to support mobile applications running in remote locations over wireless networks. Information such as their location, job role, task in hand, real-time events and many more, allows us to intelligently work out what actions (data delivery, application provisioning, message sending, asset tracking and more) are appropriate for the user (or device) and execute them automatically. That way, without the user specifying their situation and having to ask for information, Appear software proactively delivers them what they need to get their work done.
It leads to a better user experience and at the same time, makes best use of the mobile device, network and applications. By addressing both user and system requirements, Appear software ensures mobile technology investments really do deliver on their promise and pilots really do roll out into production. No longer does time, money and effort need to be squandered on projects that users simply don’t accept.
