Xavier Aubry, Chief Executive Officer
Xavier Aubry was formerly the COO of a French technology start-up, where he managed product development, worldwide sales & marketing, and led the company into new markets in Europe, Asia, and the US. Xavier holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with high distinction. There, he was awarded the Baker Scholarship, the Arthur Sachs Scholarship, and ranked second at the annual Harvard Business Plan Contest.

Aaron Ardiri, Chief Technology Officer
Aaron Ardiri has spent 15 years focusing on research and development in the area of mobile technology. He has a reputation for pushing the boundaries of the mobile hardware to its limits; proving what is defined as not possible - always is possible. Aaron Ardiri has worked with some of the largest companies in the mobile sector, such as Palm Inc., PalmSource (now ACCESS), and PointSec (now Checkpoint). Aaron has a wide range of skills, with development experience on almost every known embedded operating system. Aaron worked as CTO of MedHand International AB focusing on information publishing in portable devices and has also been a Lecturer in Java technologies at university level, before joining Appear.
