Account Manager

Do you have what it takes to be a successful account executive in a fast-growth Swedish wireless software company?

Appear is looking for Regional Account Managers to cover the following geographies: UK & Ireland, Germany, Nordics and Middle-East. All positions are based in Stockholm (Kista), Sweden or Utrecht (Amersfoort), The Netherlands. Frequent travelling is to be expected in order to meet face to face with customers.

Summary

You will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the Company’s annual revenue and booking quota for assigned territory. You will develop sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging channel partners. Typical target customers are large entreprise in the travel & transportation vertical.

Your Profile

Appear is looking for account managers with 2-5 years of sales experience in a technology start-up, preferably within enterprise software or wireless. You should have demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate complex contracts and a strong ability to create sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collaterals. You should have demonstrated the ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision, the
ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, a flexibility in work schedule and the ability to travel.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Consistently negotiating and closing new business.
- Developing and maintaining an effective sales plan for assigned territory
- Developing strategies to generate cost effective sales leads
- Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory
- Documenting all sales contacts and activities in Appear’s Salesforce.com CRM system
- Demonstrating and presenting Appear’s Enterprise Mobility Solution.
- Maintaining a reasonable number of new weekly face-to-face prospect meetings
- Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with channel partners in assigned territory

Compensation Plan

Appear provides market-level compensation plans, as well as attractive bonus and stock-option plans.

Location & Contact

Full time, Kista, Sweden, with travelling in Europe.
