Appear IQ allows personnel direct access to video feed from security cameras and enables them to send requests for assistance to colleagues in the immediate area who can respond in the most time efficient manner. In addition, through their personal devices, personnel can issue a silent alert directly to headquarters, who can in turn survey the situation and take appropriate action.
