Xavier Aubry, Chief Executive Officer

Xavier Aubry was formerly the COO of a French technology start-up, where he managed product development, worldwide sales & marketing, and led the company into new markets in Europe, Asia, and the US. Xavier holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with high distinction. There, he was awarded the Baker Scholarship, the Arthur Sachs Scholarship, and ranked second at the annual Harvard Business Plan Contest.

Mattias Karlsson, Chief Technology Officer

Mattias is a recognized expert in software development and a leader in the Java Community. Mattias has worked with software development since 1993, and through the years he has gained experience from many different roles, including developer, architect, team leader, coach, instructor and manager. In 2009, Mattias was awarded the coveted title of Java Champion by an international panel of Java leaders. There are currently less than a hundred Java Champions worldwide, out of a pool of 6 000 000 Java developers.

Per Hagman, VP Sales

Per was recently retained by Appear Networks to work with its strategic business development and its widening market penetration into other service sectors as well as traditional industries. Per has some 25 years of experience as management consultant connected to EDP, IT, web and mobile applications. Per holds a cum-laude degree in Int'l Economics from Harvard University with further studies in Government at French Science Po. Per's working languages are Swedish, English, French and Portuguese.

Vincent Dollet, Systems Engineer Director

Vincent is an experienced software developer and project manager. In his career at Alcatel, Nortel, Siemens and most recently Appear, he has managed complex mobile implementations in over 10 countries towards customers such as Samsung (SDS), RATP (Paris Subway), SAAB Systems (Arlanda Airport) or ARINC (Cairo Airport). Vincent currently holds the position of Director of System Engineering at Appear, where he leads the task force responsible for implementing the Appear IQ software with SITA wireless mobility program.
